- پالایش یعنی جدا كردن مخلوطهایی با دمای جوش تقریبا یكسان به وسیلهی تقطیر جزء به جزء. پس از جدا کردن نمکها و اسیدها، هیدروکربنهای باقیمانده را پالایش میکنند.
